1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website and engaging with HyvaMagento for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or engage our services.

2. Services

HyvaMagento provides Hyvä Magento theme development, implementation, and related consulting services. Specific service terms, scope, deliverables, and pricing are defined in individual Statements of Work (SOW) agreed upon before project commencement.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code developed specifically for their project. We retain the right to reference the project in our portfolio (unless an NDA specifies otherwise). Generic components and patterns we develop may be reused across projects.

4. Third-Party Licenses

Hyvä Theme is open source (OSL 3.0 / AFL 3.0). Hyvä Checkout and Hyvä UI require separate commercial licenses obtained directly from Hyvä. Clients are responsible for maintaining valid licenses for any commercial software used in their project. We can advise on licensing but are not responsible for third-party license compliance.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We are happy to sign an NDA before any project discussion — contact us to request one.

6. Limitation of Liability

HyvaMagento's liability is limited to the total value of the project engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of deliverables.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction agreed upon in the project SOW. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
